Family Meals In Vietnam – The Flame To Maintain The Happiness

Vietnamese meals often display the important principles through eating and drinking. It is passionate, loyal, simple, transparent but meaningful feelings. Family meal is the reunion of love, which nourishes the human heart, creating the affection between the generations in the family. It is also the time when the word “reunion” expresses all of its meaning.

The afternoon is when people desire the reunion and homesickness also rises more powerful than ever. In the cozy house with a hot meal and people gathering together is enough to make all worries of a day disappeared. It may be that in the meal there are no luxury dishes but contain the heart, which is a spiritual soul in every human being.
