Group tour: TOUR PARADISE CAVE - OZO PARK

Let's explore Quang Binh with the Paradise Cave – Ozo Park tour to admire the beauty of “Underground Palace” and immerse yourself in the cool, fresh water from Ozo park. Playing water games that are both fun and adventurous. It’s truly wonderful.

 TOUR DETAILED ITINERARY 

08:00: Our Car and tour guide pick up visitors at airport, train stations, bus stations, private homes, hotels departing for Paradise cave.

09:00: Upon arriving at Paradise Cave, take a rest and mentally prepare yourself, along with your personal belongings, for the upcoming journey. Once the procedures are completed, trams will take visitors to the foot of the mountain. Then, continue walking through the forest to reach the cave entrance, where visitors can rest for 5-10 minutes to “recharge the batteries”, or proceed deeper into the cave to experience its mystery. Inside, the cave feels like a giant paradise, built and decorated with shimmering, lively stalactite formations, creating a romantic, ancient atmosphere.

12:00: Take a nap and have lunch at local restaurants.

13:30: Our car and tour guide take visitors to Ozo Park.

14:00: Visitors can enjoy the stunning natural scenery at Ozo park. Additionally, participate in activities such as kayaking, zipline sliding, or relax in a hammock under the trees and chill.

16:50: End of the tour. Hurry to get in the car and back to Dong Hoi city.

TOUR PRICE: 1.250.000 VND/pax

(Applied for individual customers joining a group tour.)

 INCLUSIONS

• Modern tourist cars pick up and drop off visitors during the journey. 
• English - Vietnamese tour guide.
• 01 Lunch at Local restaurant.
• Entrance tickets for the tour destinations.  
• Incense and flowers at the spiritual sites.
• Water mineral: 2 bottles/pax /day.
• Cool tissue: 2/pax/ day. 
• Travel insurance, maximum coverage: 20.000.000 VND/pax/per incident.

EXCLUSIONS

• VAT invoice
• Personal expenses, food costs, and entrance fees for attractions not included in the program. 
• Tips for drivers and tour guides (if applicable).
• In case, visitors are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide. They may get Tip from visitors. The tip amount is entirely optional, but it is customary to give a minimum of 2 USD/pax/per day.
• Tip for foreigners: 3 USD/pax/day.

  SURCHARGE POLICY

• Children under 2 years old: Free, parents bear any additional costs.
• Children from 2 to 4 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 5 to 8 years old: 75% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 9 years old and above: Adult tour price.
• The child's age is calculated based on their date of birth (day-month-year).
• Additional fee for foreign guests: 250,000 VND/person/day.

TOUR BOOKING REGULATIONS

● Transfer 50% of the tour price at the time of booking.

● The rest of the money must be paid at least seven days before starting the journey. 

•  The final list of participants will be completed once you confirm the number of participants for the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

● After booking (30 days before departure): 100% deposit penalty.

● 7 days (before the tour departs:  50% penalty of the total tour price will be applied).

● 5 days before departure: 75% of the deposit will be applied.

● Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price will be applied. 

● Refunds, cancellations, and changes are not applicable for group bookings on special occasions such as: holidays, Tet.

NOTES

● Bring a valid Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or the original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).

- Children over 14 years old must be required an ID card or passport for flight check-in procedures, or a personal identification confirmation form as per regulations, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance (no alterations or erasures).

Children without parents must have a commitment form (or certification letter from local authorities for the accompanying adult).

● Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals: Please bring your Original passport attached with a valid entry visa (either a visa stamped in the passport, a separate visa, or Certificate of visa exemption). These documents must have an entry stamp of Vietnam country and be valid for use). 

● Please take a note and notify the consulting staff if you would like to issue an invoice (VAT).
