Transfer to the pier and board a local boat to explore Thom River Coconut Market - the only floating coconut market in the Mekong Delta. Enjoy an authentic encounter with local coconut traders on the river and discover traditional ways of processing coconuts, including peeling the husk and removing the coconut meat. Learn more about the important role of coconut trees in the culture and daily life of Ben Tre.

15h30: Continue the journey by crossing the Co Chien River, one of the four main branches of Tien River. Upon arrival, begin your authentic community-based ecotourism experience on Con Ho, with a series of unique local activities and enconters.

16h00| MEET UNCLE HAI NGUYEN & DISCOVER LOCAL LIFE

Visit Uncle Hai Nguyen's home, where he will share stories about the history, culture and everyday life of the friendly and welcoming people of Con Ho. Enjoy a cup of butterfly pea tea with freshly roasted peanuts while chatting with local residents and learning about their way of life.

Continue to Mr.Ut Kiet's home and discover a unique local specialty known as "Ngoc An Minh" (Hidden Gem). Roll up your sleeves and try your hand at roasting eggs wrapped in clay. The rich flavor of the eggs, combined with salt pepper, kumquat, pickled plum and fragrant Vietnamese coriander, creates a simple yet memorable countryside delicacy.

Take a relaxing break beneath the shade of coconut trees at Hai Trai's home. Enjoy a traditional herbal foot soak prepared with fresh herbs from the family garden, followed by a warm cup of ginger tea. This gentle experience offers a peaceful way to unwind after exploring the island.

Visit Uncle Ba Phi's home and taste traditional leaf cakes, a local specialty of Con Ho. While enjoying the homemade treats, listen to traditional countryside songs performed by local residents - a simple and heartwarming experience filled with the authentic spirit of Southern Vietnam.

18h40| BA KHAI'S HOMEMADE PRESERVES

Visit Ba Khai's family garden and discover how local fruits and other seasonal ingredients are transformed into traditional homemade preserves. See how the hosts create beautiful "Dragon & Phoenix" preserve trays, a symbolic decoration representing wishes for peace, prosperity and smooth journeys. You will also have the opportunity to try your hand at weaving small boats from coconut leaves, a fun traditional folk activity.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no electricity on Con Ho at night. After dark, visitors move between local homes using traditional oil lamps or mangrove-apple wood torches, creating a particularly atmospheric experience.

19h00| TU LAP TRADITIONAL RICE DISTILLERY

Leaving Ba Khai's home, walk with an oil lamp in hand to Tu Lap's traditional rice distillery. Discover the traditional local process of making rice liquor and enjoy a small tasting accompanied by crispy fried bananas, all under the warm glow of an oil lamp.

20h30| END OF THE TOUR

Say goodbye to Con Ho and board the local boat to cross the river. After reaching the mainland, your vehicle will transfer you back to the original pick-up point.
